By accessing or using FaithTalk (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FaithTalk is a platform enabling users to ask and answer questions relating to religious and spiritual traditions. Content submitted by users reflects the views of the individual user, not FaithTalk.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Registration information must be accurate. Accounts may not be duplicated to evade moderation. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting, you grant FaithTalk a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and represent that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to violate the Community Guidelines, including but not limited to hate speech, harassment, impersonation of belief, proselytizing, spam, or unlawful content.
6. Moderation and Enforcement
FaithTalk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, with or without prior notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FaithTalk does not warrant the accuracy of user-submitted content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaithTalk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including content posted by other users.
9. Changes to These Terms
FaithTalk may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
